What information we use
If you send a lesson enquiry, your email app prepares a message containing your first name, surname, email address, phone number, home address, provisional licence number and driving experience. You must send that message yourself. We receive those details only when you send it. If you email, text or call, we receive the contact details and message you choose to share. If you book lessons, we may need your name, contact information, lesson arrangements, payment records and information relevant to safe and suitable tuition. Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical records such as IP address, browser details and visit times to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply and arrange lessons, and lesson information to provide tuition and manage bookings. Our usual legal bases are taking steps towards or performing a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the school, and legal obligations where records must be kept. We only use photographs and testimonials in publicity where appropriate permission has been given. If we seek your consent for another use, you can withdraw it by contacting us.
Sharing and storage
Information may be handled by our email, mobile messaging and website hosting providers as needed to deliver those services. We do not sell personal information. Some providers may process information outside the UK; where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards. We keep enquiries only while reasonably needed to deal with them, lesson and financial records while needed for the service or applicable legal requirements, and published pupil photographs until permission is withdrawn or they are otherwise no longer needed. Ask us if you would like details about a particular record.
Cookies and links
This site does not include an advertising tracker or an online submission system. The lesson enquiry form prepares an email on your device; it does not send or store your details on the website. Essential technical cookies or similar data may be used by the hosting service for security and delivery. Email and text buttons open your own email or messaging app; that app's privacy practices then apply. External links are subject to the destination site's policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your personal information, or ask us to restrict or object to certain uses. Some rights depend on the circumstances.
